Europe Billing CIS Process – F&A Team Leader

Grade 10

Shift Time:- Flexible

Job Location Gera – Pune III

Job Summary:

The Europe EDS F&A Team Leader will be responsible for daily/weekly/monthly tasks to be performed within the agreed deadlines. The position requires thorough understanding of Europe Billing CIS Process and to co-ordinate with various countries counter parts to complete all the tasks which are within scope of Pune team. Responsible for validating the adjustments in the billing system and providing inputs to improve overall process deliverables.

Job Duties

• Ad hoc billing or adjustment requests from offshore sites

• Audit of billing and various reports

• When cause of discrepancy is identified, problem solving and analysis skills will be used to determine appropriate course of action.

• Use of various software packages may be needed for processing of adjustments for invoices

• Proactive follow up with internal and external customers may be needed to eliminate future discrepancies.

• Process corrections timely and accurately utilizing proper methods.

• Must meet above minimum acceptable requirements for both quantity and quality elements on a consistent basis.

• Reviews processes to ensure efficiencies are maximized within the department

• Conducts audits, identifies exceptions, implements corrective actions, reports findings, and maintains schedules to ensure compliance with internal audits

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS OR ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

• Minimum 2 years of working experience in Europe Billing processes within UPS

• Customer-facing, service, or calling experience will be an added advantage

• Experience in conducting Audits or Team Handling will be Preferred

• Bachelor’s degree in F&A - preferred
