What the Role Entails

  • Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns in the Western Europe market, coordinating with external vendors and supporting creative scripting and content production.

  • Participate in on-site execution for shoots or offline activations when required, ensuring all content aligns with in-game features and local audience preferences.

  • Conduct post-campaign analysis, including execution reviews, key highlights, performance metrics, and learnings. Organize and maintain marketing assets, data, and project documentation.

  • Support business development initiatives for local brand partnerships, including attending partner meetings and assisting with communication and execution of collaboration projects.

  • Assist with procurement processes, including vendor contracting, quotation follow-ups, and related documentation management.

Who We Look For

  • Passion for gaming, with familiarity or hands-on experience in battle royale or shooter mobile games.

  • Undergraduate or postgraduate student majoring in Marketing, Communications, Gaming, Business, or a related field.

  • Strong execution capability with excellent communication, coordination, and reporting skills.

  • Strong interest in marketing campaigns, brand collaborations, and cross-cultural marketing initiatives.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment; detail-oriented and highly responsible.

  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese, French, or German is a strong plus.
