About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Lead to join our new Emerging Business team. This role is crucial in driving operational excellence and ensuring the seamless execution of our strategic initiatives. The Operations Lead will work closely with cross-functional teams to support the identification, development, and execution of high-value business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Strategy: Develop and implement operational strategies that align with the goals of the Emerging Business team.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across the team.
  • Project Management: Lead and manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with various departments, including ADI Business Teams, ADI Garage and Sales teams to support the development and execution of new business initiatives.
  • Resource Management: Oversee resource allocation and ensure optimal utilization of team members and other resources.
  • Performance Monitoring: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and ensure the achievement of business objectives.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with internal and external stakeholders to foster collaboration and drive business growth.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Post Graduate degree in Engineering
  • Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in Medical device design, including software, regulatory and quality aspects, preferably within a technology or innovation-driven environment.
  • Skills: Strong project management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a proven track record of driving process improvements.
  • Leadership: Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience in managing cross-functional teams.
  • Analytical Thinking: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
