What will you do? 

 As a Market Cash Specialist in Collections, you will be responsible for maximizing the timely collection of cash from customers across various sectors. Your key focus will be on managing enquiries made and received via telephone, ensuring that aged debt is kept to a minimum through prompt action on outstanding debts.

How will you do it? 

• Manage collection processes for a diverse portfolio of customers, providing early-stage customer service and addressing any complaints as necessary.

• Maintain accurate call logs and expected payment dates, utilizing daily interactions to encourage timely payments.

• Engage proactively with customers regarding non-due invoices to foster a culture of payment punctuality.

• Collaborate with the cash application team to ensure accurate application of funds and resolve any disputes related to assigned accounts.

• Analyze aging debt reports and initiate necessary actions to reduce past due amounts.

What are we looking for?  

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

• Experience in collections, customer service, or finance, preferably in a shared service environment.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and work effectively with various stakeholders.

• Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

• Knowledge of SAP or other accounting software is a plus.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.

• Advanced English.
