An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Business Unit Director - HIV in Spain. Reporting to the Executive Business Unit Director, this high-profile leadership position will be responsible for leading the HIV Business Unit across a diverse portfolio spanning both treatment and prevention, ensuring sustained growth of in-line brands, launch excellence, and strong business performance in a highly competitive and evolving market.
The successful candidate will lead integrated Marketing and Sales teams, drive cross-functional collaboration, shape strategic priorities, and build strong partnerships across the HIV ecosystem.
This role offers the opportunity to significantly impact patient outcomes while contributing to local and global business strategies, ensuring innovative solutions reach eligible patients throughout Spain.
