Essential Job Statements
Maintain patient parking facilities to include cleanliness of facility, functionality of equipment, and routine status checks
Coordinate activity regarding on demand/routine shuttle services for staff, patients, and visitors
Provides supervision for the guest services validator, deck cashiers and maintenance staff
Ensures financial control management for valet parking & visitor parking services by keeping a complete accurate and systematic set of records and activity
Secure parking for guests attending various meetings and events sponsored by the Health System
Work with various vendors to complete projects associated with the repair and maintenance of patient parking areas
Provide management support for valet parking services as needed.

Required Education:
Associate’s Degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, or closely-related field
Combination of education and experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.

Minimum Qualifications
Years and Type of Required Experience
Minimum of five (5) years of work experience in the field of parking management, with a minimum of (2) years in a supervisory/management position.
Other Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
Thorough knowledge of parking operation and maintenance with ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with others.
Must have strong communication skills, with proficiency utilizing Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, etc., with strong keying skills.
