This Position reports to:
Service ManagerABB's Mine Hoist Systems team delivers solutions and services ensuring our customers get the most out of their investment. Our hoisting solutions help improve safety and productivity of the mines while reducing maintenance and energy costs. Deep domain knowledge enables us to truly understand and address our customers’ challenges and opportunities.
Our Hoisting Service Team supports customers with their ABB hoisting systems and solutions throughout North America. Our customers operate 24x7 and rely on ABB to support from installation and initial start-up, through to life-cycle services to maximize the availability of the solutions provided by ABB and optimize their operations.
In this role, you will oversee the delivery of Service projects and ABB Customer Care Agreements within North America Hoisting Service our customer are largely in Canada and in some cases in the USA and Mexico.
Reporting to the North American Hoisting Service Manager you will maintain and enhance customer satisfaction by ensuring that customer requirements and all targets are met, providing excellent service at every stage of the customer orders.

While base salary is determined by things such as the successful applicant’s qualifications and experience, this position is expected to pay between $92,625 and $135,850 annually.
