About this Role
As an Invisors Recruiting Senior Consultant, you will work closely with clients to deliver on projects. This role will allow you to creatively solve complex problems, service clients in many industries, and mentor newer consultants. You will be the primary face of the Recruiting workstream for your clients, so your contributions to the team will be visible and appreciated.
In addition to your client-facing role, every Invisors Senior Consultant plays a critical role internally as we develop our business, improve our processes, and grow our team. You will be expected to contribute on projects as well as contributing internally.
