As one of our Relationship Managers, you’ll lead sales initiatives in the RIA channel, identifying firm and firm representatives needs and coordinate efforts to serve those needs. Your territory will cover the Southeast - Tennessee & Georgia

 

You’ll manage American Funds Distributions presence, relationships, and business results with key RIA firms. You excel at delivering motivational and informative presentations. You’re motivated by setting goals and measuring your performance against them. You are a well-rounded collaborator and work skillfully with other Senior Sales Force members to identify opportunity for better investor outcomes.

  • You have a proven track record in third-party distribution, a broad knowledge of the mutual fund, SMA and ETF business and sales cultures, and the demonstrated ability to build long-term relationships.

  • You have a proven track record and a deep technical knowledge of portfolio construction.

  • You know how to leverage technologies to create custom analysis (Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau, etc.).

  • You are an excellent communicator and have significant sales experience in the registered investment advisor space.

  • You’re well-versed in synthesizing information and presenting it in a distilled manner.

  • You have one or more of the following designations: Series 7, 63, 66, AIF, AIFA, PPC, CIMA, and CFA

In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital’s annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
