The Opportunity:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Program Operations Analyst to support our program and project teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating project activities, maintaining schedules, and ensuring efficient communication among team members and stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain project schedules
  • Create, review and / or edit proposals, RFPs, subcontracts and SOWs (Statements of Work)
  • Coordinate project activities and resources
  • Monitor project timelines and milestones, flagging potential delays or conflicts
  • Assist in creating and maintaining project documentation
  • Organize and facilitate project meetings, including preparing agendas and minutes
  • Track project milestones and deliverables to ensure timely completion
  • Communicate project status updates to team members and stakeholders
  • Organize and schedule project-related meetings, including creating agendas and taking minutes 
  • Maintain project documentation and ensure it's up-to-date and accessible to team members within Service Now and other software tools
  • Support the development of project integrated master schedules, reports and presentations
  • Identify and escalate potential scheduling conflicts or delays

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience 
  • 2+ years of work related experience
  • TS/SCI Eligible
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:

$55,600 - $111,100
