Retail Media Product Owner 

As a Retail Media Product Lead, you will shape the future of our AdTech Platform in the retail media space. You will be responsible for defining the product vision, analyzing market trends, and ensuring that our software evolves to meet both technical requirements and business opportunities. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Define and own the product roadmap for AdTech/Retail Media platform. 
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and product improvements. 
  • Translate business needs into clear product requirements for development teams. 
  • Collaborate with engineers, designers, and data teams to build scalable and innovative solutions. 
  • Act as the subject-matter expert in retail media, ensuring our product meets industry standards and client needs. 
  • Monitor product performance and propose improvements or pivots based on data. 

Required Skills & Experience: 

  • Proven experience as a Product Owner in software/tech environment. 
  • Strong understanding of AdTech or digital advertising, ideally retail media. 
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into practical product features. 
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate market data and customer insights. 
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. 
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams (engineering, data, business). 

Nice-to-Have: 

  • Knowledge of DSPs, SSPs, or other advertising platforms. 
  • Background in e-commerce or retail-related AdTech solutions.
