The Opportunity
Allegro MicroSystems is seeking a transformative Sales Leader to drive the growth of our Industrial business across India and Korea. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for shaping and executing a winning strategy to deliver against ambitious revenue goals and long-term business objectives in the region. Reporting to the VP of Worldwide Industrial Sales, you will lead a team of sales professionals, overseeing all aspects of our industrial sales strategy, market expansion, and new business development efforts. This is a pivotal role for a leader who can bring vision, structure, and inspiration to a talented team, fostering a culture of excellence, customer success, and strategic execution.
What You Will Do
Set and execute the regional sales strategy to achieve corporate objectives and drive significant revenue growth in the Indian and Korean industrial markets.
Identify new market opportunities, expand the sales pipeline across different product lines, and build a robust funnel for sustained growth.
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performance sales team, instilling a culture of accountability, collaboration, and a results-oriented mindset.
Build and nurture strategic relationships with key clients, distributors, and channel partners, optimizing channel strategies to maximize growth and customer satisfaction.
Stay ahead of industry trends, competitive activity, and customer needs to proactively adapt sales approaches and deliver differentiated value.
Implement KPIs, reporting tools, and performance frameworks to monitor and drive sales effectiveness, pipeline health, and revenue attainment.
Partner closely with Business Lines, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and other internal teams to ensure strategic alignment and customer-centric execution.
What You Will Need
8+ years of progressive sales leadership experience within the semiconductor industry, with a proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and building successful sales teams in the Indian and Korean markets.
A deep understanding of industrial markets, with experience driving growth through direct B2B, channel partner, and broad distribution go-to-market models.
Established relationships and a strong network within the industrial markets and with key partners in the region.
Exceptional leadership skills with the demonstrated ability to inspire, motivate, and develop high-performing sales teams.
Strategic thinking and analytical capabilities, with the ability to identify market trends, develop effective sales strategies, and build operational plans to drive execution.
Strong business acumen, financial literacy, and experience managing budgets, forecasting sales, and analyzing market data.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills with experience presenting to and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
A willingness to travel internationally as required for the role.
