Position Summary

The position will evolve you to become an experienced and professional D2C business system & operation, with a record of successful project delivery. The role entails the operation and improvement of Samsung Czech and Slovak e-Store.

Role and Responsibilities

• Management of Samsung e-store operational processes (in Hybris and SAP system)
• Communication with BI Team leader and Europe Logistic Team and D2C Sales team to support e-Store operation
• Responsible for Local W/H process management and monitoring (control tower) – stock level, delivery, data consistency between systems (in cooperation with warehouse and CoE team)
• All data & KPI analysis and reporting and necessary system testing, project planning and data analysis
• Coordinate and manage communication throughout the whole D2C Business value chain (Factory, Warehouse, Local Logistic Partner and internal stakeholders) 
• Coordinate and perform ad hoc projects
• End customer delivery status checking (Collaboration with Customer Service)
• Assist in preparing MS Office applications such as Word, Excel, and Power Point materials to be presented

Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in SCM related area (Logistics, SCM, Procurement, Biz innovation, Retail Management) and logistic improvement project
• Experience with SAP SD-LE-MM module
• Business process operation experience (Online biz preferred)
• Demonstrated ability to identify areas of process improvement and managing improvement projects
• Prefer to have online store logistic experience
• Self-starter, highly motivated and strong mind under high pressure
• Very good knowledge of Czech & Slovak and English
