Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee the planning, execution, and support of clinical site management contracting activities performed by SCBAs.

• Recruit, manage and lead SCAs across their respective region.

• Ensure SCAs are adequately trained and support training needs.

• Ensure SCAs achieve expected quality compliance standards.

• Allocate study assignments and coordinate the activities of SCBAs.

• Ensure SCBAs meet expected study timelines and study objectives.

• Support SCBAs with resolution of significant legal, budget, or payment related issues.

• Perform periodic review of SCBA processes to ensure maximum efficiency without adversely affecting customer service.

• Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and team effectiveness. Encourage innovation and continuous learning within the team.

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or above

• Minimum 2 years prior experience managing direct reports Prior experience in Clinical Contracting and budgets English proficiency and local language.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 4+ years prior experience managing direct reports
