The Sales Lead, Companion Animal Health will be responsible for guiding the sales team in achieving revenue, market share, and growth targets across the companion animal portfolio. This role will focus on executing sales strategies, coaching and developing team capabilities, and building robust relationships with veterinarians, clinics, and key customers. Additionally, the Sales Lead will work closely with marketing and other stakeholders to maximize business performance, monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitive activity, and identify new opportunities to strengthen the company’s presence in the companion animal health market.
