Improve upon existing procedures and standards, or initiate new ones, to ensure associate safety, maximize productivity, quality and service, and minimize waste.
Ensure all company and local policies are consistently followed.
Facilitate the professional and personal development of all direct reports.
As a member of the Plant Leadership Team (PLT), help to drive overall business unit performance improvements and provide general leadership to organization-wide initiatives.
Lean manufacturing experience
College degree – or equivalent experience
