The Logistics Planner DNP markets (CIS, Middle East, Asia) will be supporting the Customer Service & Logistics Activities and be responsible for relevant processes in entrusted markets. Responsibilities include cross functional collaboration to mitigate risks and fostering positive relationships with key partners and stakeholders with a professional approach whilst obtaining a deep understanding of supply chain management, distribution practices and global trade and compliance.

Key responsibilities

  • Customer order execution in SAP and CS management with further analysis (collecting CO, COF creation, CS analysis, OBD etc, relevant alignment, system operation, credit release and payment management, data management in system and issue resolution.

  • Documentation related activities for banking clearance and other authority clearance.

  • Activities alignment with MMW working calendar and relevant communication.

  • Logistics Support (Shipping Documents, Consolidations, Relevant Certificates and Letters, Manage Incidents).

  • Monitoring transits in SAP and KN Systems.

  • Monitoring logistics routes & process alignment with DRA.

  • Coordination of functions (Regulatory, Art Work, Regional Demand and Supply, MMW/Consolidation Hub, Commercial, Market Customers which are involved in the end to end supply chain to ensure product availability to satisfy customer on time in full at the targeted distribution and warehousing cost.

  • Build strong relationship management with partners and focus on continuous improvement, innovation and sustainability.

  • Planning and execution of Subcontracting activities timely and accurately in all entrusted markets.

  • Support stock projections and splits within the region.

  • Inventory analysis and monitoring (Including repacking activities)

  • Preparation and regular updating of customer order forms for clients for analytical purposes.

  • Monthly operational call with customers and relevant activities.

  • Gathering information for MM, CERPS Controls and audit requests.

  • Prepare presentations and analysis on costs, deliveries and participate in projects

  • Timely escalation of problems related to temperature deviations, defects, demurrages and shipment issues.

  • Reporting (KPI’s Financials, Inventory, OTIF, SLOBS, W/O, E2E, OTIF Submissions, KPI Tracker etc)

Why you?

Basic Qualifications:

  • University degree in Logistics, Economics, Pharmaceutical or any other commercial background

  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in supply chain (customer service; logistics and supply planning experience), preferably in multinational pharmaceutical / FMCG company

  • Excellent PC skills, Microsoft Office, good knowledge of SAP

  • Fluent English, written and spoken

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Warehousing experience, preferably in multinational pharmaceutical / FMCG company

  • Management experience (preferably in multicultural environment)

  • Russian language professional working proficiency
