Your role

The Supply Chain Operations team is part of the Factor Upstream Operations team - together with the Sourcing Specialists, Production & Fulfillment teams you make sure products are available at the right time, quantity and quality to ensure a smooth meal production. You thrive on solving challenges, building processes and love stepping up to take the initiative. With your strong communication skills, you quickly identify bottlenecks and take decisive actions to elevate processes. You excel in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment, effortlessly juggling multiple tasks and adapting to a variety of tools and systems.

Your area of responsibility

• Take ownership of ad-hoc OTIFIQ deviations, acting as the primary contact for supplier communication throughout the week and driving fast, effective solutions.
• Monitor inventory levels and production requirements, ensuring a proactive and strategic approach to supply planning.
• Work closely with Procurement, Production, Warehouse, Product, and FSQA to align on priorities, updates, and exception handling.
• Drive waste reduction by closely tracking delivery details (e.g., BBD, oversupply) throughout the week, identifying root causes, and implementing sustainable corrective measures.
• Manage errors with a focus on minimizing customer impact, ensuring clear communication, timely resolution, and compensation when required.
• Track and report on supplier performance, turning insights into actions that strengthen compliance and partnerships.
• Champion process optimization by developing and embedding long-term, sustainable solutions.
• Responsible for indirect purchasing - ensuring continuous production and operational efficiency.

Your profile

• 1-2 years of relevant work experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, or a related field is a plus
• Availability for weekend work
• Stress resilience and a hands-on approach
• A proactive, data-driven, and result-oriented mindset
• Excellent communication skills, able to work across different teams and cultures
• Multitasking expert, skilled at switching between communication platforms (email, phone, slack etc.), with a keen ability to prioritize and perform well under pressure
• Fluency in English and German
