The DTC Planner will report to the Planning Manager and will play a key role in the planning & forecasting for our Ecommerce and Retail channels. They will partner closely with the Manager and respective Channel Leaders to maximize sales and profitability. The Planner will be instrumental in supporting the analyzing and reporting of the Ecomm and Retail businesses. They will be responsible for aiding in the growth of the business by helping to develop insightful reporting and analysis that align with company goals. They will work closely with the Manager to develop and implement tools that provide planning infrastructure, process & reporting to the business.

When you’re not catching zzz’s, this is what you’ll do…

  • Support monthly preparation and analysis of rolling revenue reforecast at the category and product level
  • Collaborate on reporting and analysis to drive the business and forecast, while ensuring achievement of business plans and goals
  • Partner with cross functional teams including Operations, Finance, and Sales to analyze the business, to identify opportunities/issues, and to provide recommendations on next steps 
  • Assist in the management of monthly OTB to highlight revenue risks and opportunities
  • Support preparation and execution of quarterly hindsight reporting by season including final product selling, classification selling, sku counts, and price bands
  • Partner with Manager on weekly/monthly business reporting as well as providing recommendations on assortment, store/location analysis, and product strategy 

Our dream candidate is/has...

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 3+ years DTC planning experience (with a global brand is a plus)
  • Ability to balance analytics with product and market trends
  • Advanced skills in retail math; sales, gross margin, return on investment (ROI), weeks of supply (WOS), turn, etc. and how to impact them
  • Advanced Excel skills 
  • Ability to build and maintain positive and productive relationships with peers and cross-functional teams
  • Manages multiple projects while prioritizing and meeting deadlines
  • This is a hybrid role, requiring that you work 2 days per week (Tuesdays and Wednesdays) from our NYC office

Targeted Annual Base Salary Range for NYC: $75,000-85,000 USD
