Project Role Description : Responsible for developing and/or engineering the end-to-end features of a system, from user experience to backend code. Use development skills to deliver innovative solutions that help our clients improve the services they provide. Skills Must Haves: ·        Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server ·        SQL Nice To Have(s): ·        Power BI Job Responsibilities: ·        Strong foundation in data visualization, analytical thinking, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. ·        Collaborate with stakeholders to gather & understand functional and technical data requirements and iterate on solutions to develop reports, manage reporting frameworks. ·        Translate complex data sets into clear, actionable visualizations - with prompts, filters, grouping, sorting, and drill through functionalities, calculated fields, parameters, level-of-detail (LOD) expressions along with maintaining data accuracy in them for a meaningful end user experience. ·        Tableau visualizations built on data sets pulled from various enterprise data sources i.e. SQL Server, Snowflake, SaaS Platforms(Salesforce etc.), REST APIs etc. ·        Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and performance across Tableau workbooks. ·        Collaborate with data engineers to define and refine ETL pipelines feeding Tableau dashboards ·        Having proficiency with SQL and/or Snowflake. ·        Knowledge of private/capital markets industry domain. ·        Document dashboard logic, data sources, and user guides as needed. ·        Develop standards, procedures, and best practices for Tableau usage while staying abreast of new product offerings. ·        Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and delivery.
