Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Initiation:
Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements.
Identify project stakeholders and establish clear roles and responsibilities.
Conduct project kick-off meetings to align teams and stakeholders.
Project Execution and Management:
Oversee all aspects of financial operations projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
Monitor and track project progress, adjusting plans as necessary to ensure successful completion.
Budget and Resource Management:
Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring financial resources are utilized effectively.
Allocate project resources efficiently and manage resource conflicts.
Track project expenditures and provide regular financial updates to stakeholders.
Risk Management:
Identify and manage project risks, developing mitigation strategies to minimize impact.
Monitor risk factors and implement corrective actions as needed.
Maintain a risk register and ensure all risks are communicated to stakeholders.
Communication and Reporting:
Ensure effective communication among project team members and stakeholders.
Prepare and deliver project status reports, updates, and presentations.
Facilitate regular project meetings and ensure issues are promptly addressed.
Quality Assurance:
Implement quality control measures to ensure project deliverables meet the required standards.
Conduct regular project reviews and audits to ensure adherence to project plans and objectives.
Ensure project documentation is complete and accurate.
Stakeholder Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure their needs are met throughout the project lifecycle.
Act as the main point of contact for project-related inquiries and communications.
Process Improvement:
Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in project management.
Conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.
Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the project team.
Compliance and Documentation:
Ensure all project activities comply with internal policies and external regulations.
Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, reports, and meeting minutes.
Assist in the preparation of audit documentation and support audit processes as needed
