As a Regional Sales Representative, you will be the face of Air Liquide for a high-value portfolio. You won't just sell products; you’ll engineer solutions. You will manage key accounts, navigate complex negotiations, and bridge the gap between client needs and our innovative technical capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Needs Assessment: Dive deep into client operations to identify pain points and objectives, ensuring our service adds tangible value.

  • Custom Solution Design: Work hand-in-hand with our internal technical teams to deliver bespoke solutions that align with enterprise goals.

  • Masterful Negotiation: Lead contract discussions to secure favorable, long-term partnerships that benefit both the client and the company.

  • Portfolio Growth: Proactively identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within your portfolio to expand our market footprint.

  • Client Advocacy: Serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring world-class service and rapid resolution of inquiries.

You are a seasoned commercial professional who thrives on complexity and relationship-building. You can handle moderate-to-high level challenges with autonomy while knowing exactly when to pull in senior expertise.

Required Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Experience: At least 5+ years of commercial experience, ideally within industrial B2B sectors.

  • Leadership Mindset: While you manage a portfolio, you also enjoy coaching and mentoring junior colleagues to elevate the whole team.

  • Language: Proficiency in English and Turkish is essential for navigating our global network and local market.
