1.Engages as a specialist within a deal team led by the Treasury Consultant and/or Banker to Wholesale Banking clients.
2. Executes sales plan, develops strong partnership and collaboration with line of business and other internal partners to identify and drive client and prospect sales opportunities to achieve/exceed revenue and portfolio growth objectives for assigned portfolio.
3. Works directly with Wholesale Banking clients to deliver Liquidity Solution set.
4. Partners with Treasury Sales and Banking to support efforts in meeting Payments/Liquidity, Wholesale Banking, and bank goals.
5. Held to sales goals that are directly correlated with Payments & Banking goals.
6. Expected to drive responsible Wholesale deposit growth by leveraging the entire Liquidity solutions set to drive Payments forward holistic relationships. (Deposits, Sweeps, Cash Concentration, Etc.)
7. Informs/advises all Treasury Consulting and Banking partners of solution set and suite positioning.
8. Advises Wholesale Banking clients on efficient optimized deposit account structures to empower treasury optimization and deepen client relationships.
9. Be apprised of economic outlooks to clearly be able to understand impact to Liquidity, Enterprise Payments, and Truist strategy & clearly be able to explain Truist positioning to clients.
10. Engages product management team to ensure the team has industry leading products.
11. Represent organization both internally and externally, including industry presentations and internal meetings/discussions.
12. Ability to consult with a client through various methods of communication in an effective manner (ex. In person, email, voicemail, Virtual Meeting, etc.)
13. Adhere to and follow all applicable policies and procedures. Proactively escalate issues and risks to leadership's attention.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
1. 5+ years of experience in financial services/banking and/or Treasury Solutions (TS) / Liquidity Solutions (Deposits, Sweeps, Cash Concentration, Etc.)
2. Strong knowledge of banking, interest rate environment, as well as Treasury Solutions (TS) and Liquidity Solutions (Deposits, Sweeps, Cash Concentration, Etc.)
3. Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and related work experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. 7+ Years of client facing experience in banking / financial services
2. Masters Degree or an equivalent combination of education and related work experience.
3. Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA)
4. Strong understanding of bank funding / balance sheet management
