The opportunity
Develop, implement, and manage the strategic/local account(s) strategy focused on share of wallet growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction. Coordinate the sales activities and manage the resolution of specific customer problems
How you’ll make an impact
Defines and implements all sales and marketing activities, including but not limited to products, services, and systems within the defined industry segment, in alignment with the given strategy, ensuring that the related product groups increase all relevant metrics in their selected market segments. Develops and implements a market-based approach that includes direct, third-party, and project sales while building customer relationships with key stakeholders to educate, inform, and solicit support for pursuing market opportunities and converting them to orders. Key areas of responsibility include:
Interpreting a segment strategy to meet requirements.
Ensure the value proposition for the target segment is developed and well communicated to all stakeholders. Support the development and achievement of standards through a clear definition and regular oversight.
Identifies and prioritizes key accounts and gives appropriate feedback on market developments and requirements, ensuring the achievement of sales volume and targets.
Monitor appropriate prices and margins within the defined segment and support the sales team to negotiate key contracts
Building and maintaining strong relationships at senior levels with key customers, stakeholders, and decision makers to ensure effective communication within the segment.
Responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
Your Background
Professionals, electrical, electronic, industrial, commercial, or similar engineering
10 years of proven experience in high-level business development, senior management, and knowledge of government agencies.
Advanced English level
Mining, networking, and proven electrical context
