About the right team member

This role requires a developing professional to support the Revenue Operations team in improving deal velocity and implementing best practices. Responsibilities include resolving case queues, managing deal operations, and collaborating with sales teams to optimize deal lifecycle and increase revenue. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in revenue operations, proficiency in Salesforce and Excel, and excellent communication skills. They should also demonstrate the ability to build meaningful relationships across departments and drive process improvements.

About the role

  • Support the Revenue Operations team in increasing deal velocity and ensuring adherence to best practices.
  • Cascade and implement deal best practices throughout the organization, providing training and guidance to sales teams.
  • Resolve case queues related to deals and Salesforce, ensuring timely and accurate resolution.
  • Manage deal operations, including deal reviews, approvals, and coordination with SMB and MM sales teams
  • Identify areas where revenue-generating teams can be provided additional resources to improve deal velocity
  • Provide support in the development and implementation of strategies to optimize deal lifecycle and increase revenue.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams to ensure seamless deal operations.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of revenue operations processes by delivering simple scalable solutions to problems.
  • All other duties as assigned

Skills & experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales support, or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, excel, and other Sales Operations tools.
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to build meaningful relationships with colleagues
  • Ability to quickly learn when facing new problems
  • Driven by checking off tasks that help improve sales velocity.
