Intro and job overview: 

We seek a talented individual with a management consulting skillset to join our dynamic team. This role, reporting to the VP of Strategic Transformation, focuses on driving strategic analytics and decision support for Precisely's high-impact growth initiatives. You will work closely with operations and executive leadership across the organization to identify, prioritize, and execute transformation strategies.  

Responsibilities and Duties: 

Strategic Analysis & Insights (30%)

  • Lead in-depth analysis to develop data-driven recommendations and scenarios for key strategic initiatives (e.g., ARR growth, renewals, cross-selling, pricing).
  • Leverage advanced analytical techniques to uncover actionable insights and inform strategic decision-making.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (Sales, Renewals, Product) to ensure alignment and understanding of strategic goals.

Executive Communication & Storytelling (20%)

  • Design compelling communication materials for executive reporting, effectively presenting data insights alongside the broader strategic narrative.
  • Translate complex information into clear and concise messages for senior management audiences.

Strategic Initiative Management (20%)

  • Drive the cadence and execution of cross-enterprise strategic initiatives (ARR growth, renewals, pricing, etc.).
  • Manage timelines, track progress, and ensure clear ownership and accountability for achieving strategic goals.

KPI Development & Measurement (15%)

  • Design and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress against strategic objectives.
  • Monitor performance and provide ongoing insights to inform strategic adjustments.

Relationship Building & Collaboration (15%)

  • Foster strong working relationships with executive-level leaders and cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Finance).
  • Collaborate effectively to achieve shared objectives and drive successful project outcomes.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • 2-5+ years of experience in management consulting or a similar role at a software/technology company.
  • Proven track record of leading strategic analysis projects and delivering impactful recommendations.
  • Strong analytical skills with expertise in modeling and data visualization.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication with the ability to tailor messages to diverse audiences.
  • Collaborative spirit with demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience navigating complex business environments and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong academic credentials, including a bachelor's degree (business or finance preferred).
