We’re currently looking for a Coordinator, Corporate Vehicles Administration to join our team in Irvine, CA.

*Candidate must reside in California. Position will require at least one day in the office*

Job Summary

The Corporate Vehicles (CV) Administration Coordinator will be responsible for managing all aspects of the following activities as determined by the Supervisor:  1) Schedule Nissan employees and retirees for delivery and exchange of vehicles at dealerships; 2) Take payment for damage to vehicles; 3) Work within CV System, eGAMS, to provide up to date and accurate information; 4) Manage insurance needs of CV for Employee Provided Insurance; 5) Handle CA plating/registration

Some or all of the below functions will be covered in this role.

Job Functions

  • Ensure a working knowledge and adherence to Corporate Vehicles policies, as well as any related Tax, Title, Legal requirements.

  • Drive for an excellent customer service experience, answering CV mailboxes as assigned, escalating appropriately.

  • Ensure eGAMS is up to date and utilized for all CV Functions (CV Fleet Management System) for the following (not exhaustive):

  • Title and register/renew vehicle plating; tracking of vehicles; manage lessee/department; upload insurance; capture all costs associated with vehicle delivery; capture lease exchanges; temp leases, etc. Request titles and MCOs from the vault/storage when necessary. Ensure that invoices from the dealer are routed and paid properly.

  • Responsible for filing and correct data into eGAMS after delivery of a vehicle is completed.

  • Research and analysis for specific units or classes of vehicles as needed.

  • Provide general administrative support as needed.

  • Coordinate with the dealerships to ensure all vehicles are ready when employees/retirees arrive.

  • Coordinate with dealerships to ensure all inspection paperwork is returned timely.

  • Ensure that CV insurance needs are met relative to Employee provided insurance.

  • Regular monitoring of insurance compliance

  • Perform other related duties as requested.

Minimum Qualifications

The following qualification statements reflect the minimum skills and abilities required of the qualified applicant.

Job Knowledge and Skills:
Excellent customer service attitude and interpersonal skills required for team collaboration and customer satisfaction.  This can be both in person and over the phone/video calls.  Strong oral and written communication skills, ability to manage complex tasks quickly, and work both independently and in a team environment.

Experience:

One or more years of professional level experience in related field.

Education: High School diploma or GED.

Computer Skills: General Microsoft office Suite, with an emphasis in excel.  Ability to utilize and learn new systems quickly (eGAMS)

Salary Range Estimate: Annual Salary: ($57,880-$96,182). This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the salary range for the job’s grade level. Factors that may be used to determine your actual salary may include, among other things, your specific skills, your work location, how many years of experience you have, and comparison to other employees already in this role.

Salary Range:

$57,880.00 - $96,182.00

Salary Range Estimate: Annual Salary: (Minimum to Maximum of  Salary Range noted here). This compensation range represents the minimum and maximum base salary rates at Nissan for jobs assigned to this particular grade level. Please note that it is uncommon for an employee to be placed at either end of the range.  Rather, an employee’s actual base salary generally may fall somewhere in between and reflect the employee’s unique skills, work experience, education, work location, and market norms.  Additionally, pay may be based on comparisons to the base salary rates of other employees with similar backgrounds working in comparable roles.
