Functional Supervisor:                   

KEY SERVICES:

• Implement Quality OS
• Monitor Model Year Change and Engineering Change implementation.
• Prepare sample submission complying with PPAP and customer specific requirement.
• Assure PPAP full approval on time
• Conduct tooling and first sample release
• Develop the control plan at every stage, improve quality through FTQ, Red-tag analysis
• Co-ordinate the problem solving and follow up the preventive and corrective action
• Run @ Rate study as requested
• Supervise the quality management for whole manufacturing process, take action for any issue from manufacturing site, and report to management team timely.
• Train and develop subordinates
• Follow up corrective and preventive actions and non-conforming products control.
• Coordinator problem solving and resolution for internal and external quality feedback
• Authorized to stop the line whenever product quality is out of control.
• Complete task assigned by Quality Supervisor and Manager.

QUALIFICATION:

       1.  Education Background

         a. Bachelor degree or above

         b. Major in Engineering

         c. Basic English speaking and writing skill

       2.  Skills and knowledge

          a. ISO9000/IATF16949 knowledge

          b. Good Communicate skill

          c.  Well versed in PC operation

          d.  APQP/PPAP/FMEA/SPC/MSA knowledge

       3. Working Experience

          2 years quality related experience.
