About the Team
Our growing Dataservices - Nextens team in India fosters a collaborative, respectful, and supportive work environment. As a Senior Business Analyst II, you’ll play a key role in connecting our product owners and development teams, ensuring everyone’s ideas are valued and heard. About the Role
As a Senior Business Analyst II, you will work with various business units to support projects that deliver IT solutions and services aligned with our goals. Your main focus will be to gather and analyze information, define processes and requirements, research best practices, and identify opportunities for improvement. You’ll help ensure our products are accessible, reliable, and user centered.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and document requirements in a clear, accessible format.
Support development teams by helping prioritize tasks and remove obstacles, ensuring inclusive participation from all team members.
Build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders through open, respectful communication and dependable follow-through.
Contribute to designing and improving tools and processes that enhance our products and services for all users.
Facilitate cooperation between remote teams, IT, and business groups to ensure everyone’s needs are met.
Lead and participate in regular agile ceremonies, such as daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, in a way that welcomes everyone’s input.
Help with resource planning and coordinate with product managers to ensure clear expectations are set for each project.
Requirements
Experience as a Business Analyst in a collaborative, agile environment.
Experience as a Scrum Master or Product Owner is helpful, but not required.
Skill in documenting processes and gathering requirements in a way that is easy for all to understand.
Understanding of the software development lifecycle and methodologies (such as Agile, Scrum, Kanban).
Strong facilitation and communication skills, with a focus on including diverse perspectives.
