Universal Collision Center Inc.Accidents happen - how customers are treated afterward makes all the difference. We’re looking for an organized, outgoing, and customer-focused Body Shop Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for our collision centre.

👉 What You’ll Do
You’ll play a key role in creating a positive, stress-free experience for our customers by:
Greeting body shop customers warmly, in person and over the phone
Managing customer drop-offs and pick-ups with accuracy and care
Scheduling body shop and detail appointments
Answering incoming calls and directing them to the right team members
Keeping digital and paper files organized and up to date (and finding better ways to do it!)
Providing customers with regular repair updates and coordinating vehicle pick-ups
Assisting with customer concerns and helping resolve issues professionally
Processing customer payments
Supporting Collision Repair Advisors with daily tasks
Pitching in with other administrative tasks as needed
🔎 What We’re Looking For
You might be a great fit if you have:
1–3 years of customer service or office experience (automotive or collision centre experience is a bonus, not a must)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
A natural ability to build trust and connect with people
A self-starter mindset — you stay calm and organized in a busy environment
Strong attention to detail with excellent time management skills
Problem-solving skills and a desire to improve processes
The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
