About You
 

Are you passionate about driving industry engagement and revenue generation through innovative business systems? As a Senior Analyst, Business Systems, you will support platform development on Salesforce and other systems as required and align business processes for external engagement. Your role will involve conducting analysis, developing workflows, establishing rules, and managing data sharing, extraction, and migration. You will manage engagement data, system administration, and gap analysis to deliver seamless end-to-end solutions, enhancing data integrity and user adoption. In addition, you will provide systems training, process documentation and support to ensure users are well-equipped and confident in using the platforms. Collaborating across various levels and functions, you will streamline processes using a data-driven approach. Strong project management, analytical, technical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills are essential. Join us in making a significant impact on industry engagement and revenue generation.

To be successful in this position, you’ll have:

  • Experience successfully developing and delivering CRM (preferably Salesforce or Raiser’s Edge requirements to achieve strategic objectives and operational plans within a best practice environment.

  • Extensive experience in project management, systems development, data analytics and developing reports to inform decision making.

  • Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills and the capacity to develop creative solutions to technical and business problems.

  • Proven track record working effectively with customer service, sales and marketing teams focused on fundraising, B2B engagement and/or other cross-functional teams and delivering high level services aligned with their goals.

  • Demonstrated ability to gather and analyse business requirements from a range of clients and stakeholders.
