TTI Consumer Power Tools, Inc., has an opening in its Anderson, SC office for a Vice President, Brand Marketing. We are seeking a strategic and results-driven leader. This executive will drive compelling product and brand stories, digital-first marketing, data-driven growth strategies, and team development to accelerate brand awareness and equity, customer engagement, and revenue.

This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of two of the most recognized brands in the industry, driving category leadership through digital innovation, consumer insight, and world-class marketing execution. 

Primary Responsibilities 

  • Define and execute a comprehensive brand strategy aligned to business growth objectives  
  • Lead and scale digital marketing and advertising across paid media, e-commerce, CRM, and performance channels  
  • Drive data-led decision-making, including KPI development, marketing analytics, and ROI optimization  
  • Oversee go-to-market strategies, product marketing & positioning, and integrated campaign execution  
  • Build and develop a high-performing marketing organization, with a focus on leadership and talent development  
  • Partner cross-functionally with Creative Marketing, Product & Channel Marketing, Sales, and Finance to align marketing with business outcomes 
  • Champion a consumer-centric approach across all marketing initiatives 
  • Other duties as assigned 

Requirements 

  • 12+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience, including executive-level roles  
  • Proven success in digital transformation, performance marketing, and brand building  
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience leveraging data to drive strategy and growth  
  • Background in power tools, consumer durables, industrial, or related industries preferred  
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing marketing teams
