Position Summary

1. Create sales opportunities by preventing missed sales opportunities and sensing up-selling opportunities via retail data analysis.
2. Recognize the retailers concerns using sales point data to continuously developing methodology for cooperative retailing.
3. Prevent issues in sales at sales subsidiaries by regularly reviewing retail KPI(Key Performance Index).

Role and Responsibilities

Job Description / Scope of work: 

 

1. Strategy & Collaboration

  • Partner with Product Marketing and Channel team to develop and execute tailored channel promotions.

  • Serve as a core collaborator for Product Marketing, Retail Marketing, and Sales Teams across all channels.

  • Ensure strategic and budgetary alignment between Sales field needs and Marketing initiatives.

  • Provide leadership in translating marketing strategy into executable, high-impact programs.

2. Analysis & Improvement

  • Analyze channel sell-through, promotion results, and shop performance, implementing data-driven improvement plans.

  • Conduct competitive analysis (benchmarking, pricing, and movement) and report findings to relevant teams.

  • Streamline marketing data tracking and store mapping to inform and drive improvement plans.

  • Partner with Sales and Retail Marketing on shelf share analysis, audits, and improvement recommendations.

3. Channel Development & Performance

  • Identify and develop new channels to support overall business and sales growth.

  • Define and implement key KPI metrics to measure efficiency and guide resource allocation.

  • Execute systematic retail outreach to secure high mindshare with store managers and sales influencers.

4. Training & Administration

  • Coordinate and manage training and development for Channel and Retail Marketing staff.

  • Perform special projects and other duties as assigned by management.

  • Proven ability to create winning visions focused on effective merchandising, promotions, and partnerships.

  • Skilled at developing and implementing strategies to grow sales and profit margins.

  • Highly innovative and creative, with a knack for identifying ideas that create a competitive advantage.

  • Able to manage multiple tasks and aggressive timelines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong business acumen, including familiarity with the retail environment, dealers, and market trends.

  • Excellent analytical, mathematical, and statistical abilities are a plus

  • Good Leadership skill
