Location: Central Office - 123 Robert S. Kerr Ave. Oklahoma City, OK 73102
Salary: up to $45,000.00, based on education and experience
Full Time /Part Time: Full Time
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday
Primary Hours: 8am-5pm
Position Description:
Revenue and Billing Accountant Tech I is an entry level position that will flex between the Revenue and Billing departments. This position will provide agency accounting/infrastructure support necessary to meet Federal and State financial reporting obligations. Employees are primarily responsible for performing routine entry level work in maintaining financial accounting data in the Accounts Receivable and Billing departments. This includes receiving and receiving payments from the mail or cash window in a timely manner, confirming and tracking receipt of said payments, and balancing payments received; and lower-level data entry for billing claims and invoices.

Education and Experience
One year of clerical or bookkeeping experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience, substituting completion of six semester hours in accounting or bookkeeping at an accredited college or university for each six months of the required experience or the completion of a vocational training course in accounting for the one year of experience.

Physical Demands and Work Environment:
Work is typically performed in an office setting with climate-controlled settings and exposure to moderate noise levels. While performing the duties of the job, employees are required to talk, stand, walk, and reach with hands and arms. This position requires long periods of sitting and daily use of computers and phones. Employees must be willing to complete all job-related travel associated with this position. Being present at the office is an essential function of the job.
