The role: Client Enablement & Commercial Operations Manager

Client Enablement & Commercial Operations is a senior, client‑facing role supporting MedTech consulting engagements through a combination of operational ownership and direct, partially billable contribution to client delivery. The role serves as a primary point of coordination between clients, consulting delivery teams, and internal commercial functions, ensuring accurate execution of contracts, pricing, and service delivery across active engagements.

In addition to leading day‑to‑day commercial and operational execution, this position supports client delivery through participation in billable engagement activities such as project onboarding, client meetings, service reviews, and other contracted support aligned to consulting engagements. 
The role spans the full client lifecycle—from late‑stage sales support through project execution and post‑sale enablement—helping ensure strong alignment between commercial commitments and delivered services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client‑Facing Delivery & Billable Support
  • Serve as a client‑facing operational partner on active MedTech consulting engagements, supporting onboarding, kickoff, execution, and ongoing service delivery
  • Participate in client meetings, service reviews, and working sessions, contributing billable support aligned to contracted engagement activities
  • Support delivery teams in ensuring consulting services are delivered on time, within scope, and in alignment with client expectations
  • Provide post‑sale engagement support to promote client satisfaction, retention, and follow‑on opportunities
  • Commercial Operations & Deal Execution
  • Support opportunity setup, pricing configuration, approvals, and commercial documentation tied to client engagements
  • Ensure contract specifications, pricing structures, and service scope are accurately reflected and executed throughout delivery
  • Maintain accurate Salesforce (SFDC) and professional services automation (PSA) records, including contracts, scope, timelines, and revenue allocation
  • Support forecasting inputs, revenue tracking, and performance metrics associated with client‑delivered consulting work
  • Assist with complex opportunity structures, including multi‑country and multi‑solution engagements
  • Client Enablement & Cross‑Functional Coordination
  • Act as a liaison between clients, consulting delivery teams, finance, legal, and contracting to resolve commercial or operational issues
  • Coordinate system, data, and vendor access required to initiate and deliver consulting engagements in line with contract terms
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure billing, invoicing, and service activation align with contractual requirements and client expectations
  • Service Quality & Continuous Improvement
  • Monitor execution against contracted deliverables and proactively flag risks to client satisfaction or revenue realization
  • Identify process gaps impacting engagement delivery and partner with stakeholders to drive improvements
  • Contribute to best practices that strengthen the client experience while maintaining commercial and operational discipline

Our Ideal Candidate Will Have

  • Degree in business administration or similar
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in client services, consulting operations, commercial operations, or professional services support
  • Exp of working for a Global Business unit
  • Experience with working with and analysing financial data and revenue forecasting
  • Advanced user of MS Office
  • Proficient in use of salesforce.com & SAP - mandatory
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks and projects
