Responsibilities:

  • Develop, maintain, and continuously improve the company’s Data Protection Management System (DPMS) and Information Security Management System (ISMS) at global level.
  • Lead the embedding of global data protection and information security policies, ensuring clear understanding and effective implementation across all countries.
  • Design and roll out new global tools, frameworks, and standardized processes to enhance compliance and operational efficiency.
  • Provide training, coaching, and functional support to local data protection and InfoSec specialists.
  • Monitor corrective actions resulting from assessments and audits, supporting investigations of potential compliance breaches and preparation of incident reports when required.
  • Implement and maintain global KPI tracking to measure performance and drive continuous optimization initiatives.
  • Serve as the global point of reference for all data protection and information security matters, fostering collaboration and best‑practice sharing within global communities.
  • Collaborate closely with Corporate IT, Corporate Data Protection and InfoSec functions, and other global departments (e.g., Marketing, HR, Health & Safety) to ensure seamless integration of DP and InfoSec into overall company processes; support Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) projects as needed.

Qualifications:

  • University degree, preferably in Law or any comparable discipline.
  • Minimum 5-8 years of professional experience in data protection, information security, or a closely related field.
  • Excellent knowledge of data protection laws and regulations, especially the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
  • Strong understanding of information security principles, standards, and best practices.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Ability to learn quickly, work independently with minimal supervision, and lead mid‑scale projects and investigations.
