Responsibilities:

Develop, maintain, and continuously improve the company’s Data Protection Management System (DPMS) and Information Security Management System (ISMS) at global level.
Lead the embedding of global data protection and information security policies, ensuring clear understanding and effective implementation across all countries.
Design and roll out new global tools, frameworks, and standardized processes to enhance compliance and operational efficiency.
Provide training, coaching, and functional support to local data protection and InfoSec specialists.
Monitor corrective actions resulting from assessments and audits, supporting investigations of potential compliance breaches and preparation of incident reports when required.
Implement and maintain global KPI tracking to measure performance and drive continuous optimization initiatives.
Serve as the global point of reference for all data protection and information security matters, fostering collaboration and best‑practice sharing within global communities.
Collaborate closely with Corporate IT, Corporate Data Protection and InfoSec functions, and other global departments (e.g., Marketing, HR, Health & Safety) to ensure seamless integration of DP and InfoSec into overall company processes; support Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) projects as needed.

Qualifications:

University degree, preferably in Law or any comparable discipline.
Minimum 5-8 years of professional experience in data protection, information security, or a closely related field.
Excellent knowledge of data protection laws and regulations, especially the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Strong understanding of information security principles, standards, and best practices.
Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
Ability to learn quickly, work independently with minimal supervision, and lead mid‑scale projects and investigations.
