Sales Operations Associate

Position Overview:
The Sales Operations Associate, specifically within the Customer Experience Team, executes daily operational tasks within a global environment. The role focuses on order processing, backlog management, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure customer satisfaction and policy compliance.

What You’ll Be Doing at Arrow?

  • Support to Sales and Operations Account Managers
  • Order Management: Process customer orders by verifying PO accuracy (pricing, specs, terms) and resolving discrepancies. Manage the full order lifecycle within the ERP system,
  • Backlog Management: Maintain control of the open backlog of orders, from entry through production, delivery and invoicing.
  • Service Delivery: Meet established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Compliance & Collaboration: Ensure adherence to policies and regulations while working with account managers, supply chain, integration facility, RMA and other Arrow teams

Who are we looking for?

  • Education: Degree in Business, Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.

  • Experience: 1–3 years in sales operations, customer service, or logistics, preferably in a company selling products and with a specific focus on RMA or claims management

  • Languages: High level of English (written and oral).

  • Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with ERP systems and proficiency in Microsoft Excel
