We’re focused on enhancing our online presence and delivering exceptional customer experiences. We’re looking for a dedicated DTC Manager to manage initiatives and projects, collaborating with various teams to optimize conversion rates across our direct-to-consumer (DTC) channel.
We are a developed “startup” that is turning 10 next year (!) and has grown from being a DTC-only, digital native company to an omni-channel powerhouse. We are focused, however, on being a best-in-class digital-first company and enhancing our online presence to deliver exceptional customer experiences. We’re seeing a dedicated Manager for our DTC channel to own and execute initiatives and projects and to collaborate with various teams across our organization to further our direct-to-consumer channel, including our thriving subscription business.
This role will report into the Sr. Director, DTC and will be a critical part of our continued omni-channel vision.
This is a Hybrid role and will require (1) day in office in our DUMBO HQ.
Base Salary: $90k- $115k
This range represents anticipated base salary range for this position, in addition to competitive benefits and equity (as applicable). We carefully assess and consider several factors with each candidate, including location, role-related knowledge, experience and skills. Compensation may vary based on these considerations
