We’re focused on enhancing our online presence and delivering exceptional customer experiences. We’re looking for a dedicated DTC Manager to manage initiatives and projects, collaborating with various teams to optimize conversion rates across our direct-to-consumer (DTC) channel.

We are a developed “startup” that is turning 10 next year (!) and has grown from being a DTC-only, digital native company to an omni-channel powerhouse. We are focused, however, on being a best-in-class digital-first company and enhancing our online presence to deliver exceptional customer experiences. We’re seeing a dedicated Manager for our DTC channel to own and execute initiatives and projects and to collaborate with various teams across our organization to further our direct-to-consumer channel, including our thriving subscription business.

This role will report into the Sr. Director, DTC and will be a critical part of our continued omni-channel vision. 

This is a Hybrid role and will require (1) day in office in our DUMBO HQ.

Base Salary: $90k- $115k

This range represents anticipated base salary range for this position, in addition to competitive benefits and equity (as applicable). We carefully assess and consider several factors with each candidate, including location, role-related knowledge, experience and skills. Compensation may vary based on these considerations

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Project Management: Lead initiatives and projects for DTC channel, partnering with creative, brand, performance marketing, and CRM teams to optimize site conversion rates across traffic channels.
  • Strategic Planning: Assist in strategic planning and manage the tactical execution of DTC operations, including promotional strategies, exclusive offers, assortment bundles, and other growth drivers.
  • Site Merchandising:
    - Develop and execute strategies to enhance product deliverability, increase conversion rates, and drive online sales.
    - Work closely with Shopify and Recharge tools to continuously evolve and implement effective site conversion tactics.
  • Performance Reporting: Analyze site performance data to identify strategic opportunities for improvement and drive informed decision-making.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with various teams on strategic initiatives and partnerships to enhance overall performance.
  • Segmentation and Personalization: Develop and implement segmentation and personalization strategies, utilizing A/B testing to optimize results.
  • SEO and Content Management:
    - Monitor and improve conversion rates through analysis of on-site and user behaviors.
    - Utilize SEO tools to enhance organic performance and rankings.
    - Create and execute a content roadmap to support customer lifetime value (LTV) and overall site performance.
    - Proactively troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to site performance.
  • Lifecycle Partnership: Work closely with the Lifecycle team to enhance site experiences that improve LTV and foster positive ROI on quip’s loyalty program.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience: Proven 5-7 years of experience in e-commerce, with expertise in Shopify and Recharge subscription models.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities to monitor user behavior and improve site performance based on data insights.
  • Project Management: Excellent organizational skills with experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely execution and delivery.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with SEO tools and e-commerce analytics platforms.
