Role Overview:

As a Senior Engineering Manager you will be responsible for leading a team of software development and quality engineers for delivering regular releases to customers. You should be familiar with Software Release Best Practices including but not limited to secure SDL process, agile methodologies, Software Design approaches etc. You will also be responsible for working very closely with cross functional teams and manage internal and external communication to various stakeholders related to your product(s).

 

• You will be responsible to lead Trellix Endpoint product(s) across multiple platforms.
• You will be leading a team of Engineers to provide timely resolution to customer issues.
• You will be managing internal and external communication for your team.
• You will be working with individuals in your team to plan and track their development goals.
• Identifying opportunities in product and process improvement of your team.
• Ability to oversee and guide, coach engineers in your team.
• Ability to produce action plans to resolve critical issues.
• Coordinate with senior leaders and executive leadership on a need basis.
