We are currently accepting applications for an Inventory Coordinator for our Calgary, Alberta facility. The ideal candidate must be a self starter who can work well independently, has strong attention to detail and thrives in a fast paced environment.

  • Providing first-rate customer service to internal/external stakeholders
  • Assisting with orderliness and cleanliness of the facilities, keeping the work areas clean and organized
  • Maintaining accurate records, cycle counting, audits, reconciliations and troubleshooting to ensure inventory control
  • Multiple inventory management systems (CIP/FGIN, SPM,)
  • Observing and following all safety rules, regulations and Tubular Quality Program
  • Notifying appropriate personnel of any procedural anomalies
  • Carrying out tasks specific to the Shipping Department, performed prior to shipping and upon completion of orders
  • Coordinating with maintenance to survey any equipment received with damages
  • Assisting with physical inventory of equipment and yard program
  • Preparing Quality Documents for shipments / orders

Requirements:

  • Must have High school diploma or GED
  • Previous experience in a Shipping/Receiving role
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Strong communication skills; able to communicate information not only accurately, but also in a concise manner
  • Navigates effectively through high-pressure situations through resourceful and effective problem-solving
  • Proficiency with MS Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Prior experience with accurately completing out Customs forms and other pertinent documentation
  • Able to use Shipping/Courier websites to create pick-up requests and Bills of Lading
  • Must be able to work outdoors and in an office setting
  • Transportation of Dangerous Goods training would be an asset
  • Available to work weekends or holidays as needed
