Join our team as a Millwright and play a key role in maintaining and improving our production equipment. You’ll work in a collaborative environment focused on safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

Shift Schedule:  12-Hour continental day shift, 7:00am - 7:15pm (7 shifts bi-weekly) 

What You’ll Do

• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance to keep equipment running smoothly

• Troubleshoot and repair injection molding machines, compressed air systems, cooling water systems, and vacuum conveying systems

• Handle minor electrical repairs and ensure compliance with safety procedures, including lockout/tagout protocols

• Follow environmental and waste management guidelines

• Collaborate with team members and take on additional tasks as needed

What You’ll Bring

• Provincial (433A) or interprovincial (Red Seal) Millwright certification (dual ticket certification is a strong asset)

• 3 or more years of experience in an industrial environment

• Experience with injection molding machines is a strong asset

• Strong troubleshooting and preventative maintenance skills

• Ability to interpret drawings and schematics

• Knowledge or experience with robotics and automation equipment is preferred

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Required to have your own basic hand tools

Working Conditions

Requires a high degree of mobility and involves considerable routine walking, standing for long periods, reaching, twisting, bending, climbing, and lifting up to 50lbs alone. Fast-paced environment where a considerable amount of sensory attention is required. Personal safety is affected by exposure to heat, odors, cold, dust, noise levels and the use of sharp tools. Facility is Semi Climate-Controlled to prevent Heat Stress in our Employees.
