Job Description:

Role Overview

The Senior Sales Executive is responsible for driving revenue growth across Cross Industry markets by originating, developing, and closing complex sales opportunities.

This role focuses on both new business acquisition and expansion of existing accounts, leveraging DXC’s full portfolio across Cloud, Applications, Data & AI, Security, and Consulting.

The individual will operate as a client-facing sales lead, accountable for end-to-end deal execution and for positioning DXC as a trusted transformation partner at senior stakeholder level.

Key Accountabilities

Revenue & Pipeline Management

  • Own and deliver sales and revenue targets across assigned geography/sector
  • Build and maintain a sustainable pipeline across new logo and existing accounts
  • Drive disciplined pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting

Sales Execution

  • Lead end-to-end sales lifecycle including origination, qualification, solution shaping, negotiation, and closure
  • Develop and execute account and opportunity plans aligned to growth objectives
  • Ensure consistent use of DXC sales methodologies and governance processes

Client Engagement

  • Establish and grow senior client relationships, including C-suite stakeholders
  • Position DXC as a strategic partner aligned to client transformation priorities
  • Identify and develop cross-sell and upsell opportunities across the DXC portfolio

Solution Development

  • Collaborate with Presales, Solutioning, Delivery, and Alliance teams to shape compelling, outcome-based solutions
  • Contribute to the creation of value propositions, commercial models, and win strategies
  • Support qualification and risk assessment of opportunities

Market & Industry Insight

  • Maintain understanding of market trends, competitor landscape, and emerging technologies
  • Identify growth opportunities aligned to DXC strategic priorities

Experience & Qualifications

  • Significant experience (~10+ years) in enterprise IT services, consulting, or technology solution sales
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
  • Demonstrated experience selling complex, multi-service-line solutions
  • Experience leading large, strategic deals and multi-stakeholder engagements
  • Strong commercial acumen and understanding of value-based selling

  • Ability to engage and influence at senior executive / C-suite level
  • Strong stakeholder management and collaboration across matrix organisations
  • Effective negotiation and deal-shaping capabilities
  • Strong communication and commercial storytelling skills
  • High level of execution discipline and attention to detail
