• Services include preventive care, emergency interventions, diagnostics, open-heart surgeries, structural heart clinic, rehabilitation, cardiology clinics and education

• The facility, a three-story wing adjacent to Freeman Hospital West, has three state-of-the-art operating suites and four cardiovascular catheterization labs

• Research is an integral part of our heart and vascular program. We participate in many national studies of cardiovascular treatment

• From time to time, patients may be offered the opportunity to participate in clinical trials

What You’ll Do

Appropriately works with patients and providers, acting as the liaison between parties; timely responding as needed, determining the urgency of the need. ​

Answers, responds to, and/or refers incoming patient telephone calls, and provides consultation and instruction regarding patient problems.

Responsible for timely and accurate completion of paperwork for patients, including but not limited to FMLA/Disability forms.

Requirements

Current Missouri Practical Nurse license or current Practical Nurse license from a compact state. If a compact license is held, it must be in the nurse's state of residence.
