Accountabilities & Responsibilities:

U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations, company policies and operating procedures, and other

regulatory requirements.

Receptionist / Supply Chain Analyst

A successful Receptionist / Supply Chain Analyst has strong communication skills and plays a key role in delivering an excellent front of house experience. Their primary responsibility is to ensure clients and customers feel welcomed and supported, whether over the phone, via email or in person. Other key duties and skills required for the role include:

  • Familiarity with computer packages such as Microsoft Office and ERP systems
  • Strong communication skills, particularly the ability to present information clearly
  • Resolving customer or client enquiries and communicating messages to relevant team members
  • Helping to build rapport with customers and clients by remembering them and their relationship to the business
  • Receiving Site Visitors ie. Contractors and organising appropriate identification and or contact details
  • Accepting and delivering business mail.
  • Maintaining a professional and polite manner in all customer interactions
  • Organising lunch and collection if directed to and arranging meeting
  • Monitoring building security and reporting any suspicious activity to security personnel or senior staff
  • Placing Purchase Orders for appropriate departments or Office requirements
  • Arranging shipments as directed by relevant personnel
  • Organising travel arrangements as requested
  • Acknowledging Customer Sales orders and liaising with internal teams on completion dates.
  • Processing financial invoicing as requested.  
  • May include other ad-hoc duties as required
