Job Description
Responsible to overall go-to-market strategy, development, execution and optimization marketing campaigns, manage marketing calendar, lead integrated marketing team and control budget i.e. social media, digital marketing and creative team.
Maintain and develop relationships with external partners, including business partners and agencies, to foster collaboration and drive business growth.
Manage the P&L for the total international business, focusing on revenue and margin optimization.
Develop and implement a comprehensive business strategy and commercial plan to achieve the company's growth objectives.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, conducting feasibility studies for potential international route expansions.
Initiate and maximize communication channels in a cost-efficient manner, creative thinking to consistently create voice of routes aligned with brand.
Plan and control PAP spending both inbound and outbound market to ensure effectiveness.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on strategic goals and ensure successful execution of business initiatives.
Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team, driving both outbound and inbound initiatives.
Monitor and evaluate campaign result to achieve target performance.
Qualifications
Master's or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Minimum of 10 years of experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in international business or a related field.
Proven track record of managing P&L and driving revenue growth.
Experience in leading and developing high-performing teams.
Willingness to travel as needed to support regional initiatives and team engagement.
Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate diverse teams.
Understanding of international market trends, cultural differences, and consumer behavior.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly.
Proficiency in presenting to senior leadership and other stakeholders.
