Help us get ahead of disease together with our Investigation & Process Improvement team!

Education required: Preferred BS degree in management engineering or scientific background.

Other requirements: 

  • Universitary experience in leading multidisciplinary teams on process improvement;

  • Strong proactivity attitude;

  • Ability to build relationships and influence others;

  • Experience in data analysis (Excel, etc).

Language requirement: Written and spoken fluency in Italian and English

Expected Start date: October 2025

Internship period: 6 months

What will you do?

  • Collaborate with the production team and supporting functions to effectively manage the deviation management process.

  • Take proactive steps to enhance and improve daily governance within the team.

  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of local procedures and processes, ensuring alignment with best practices.

  • Actively monitor and drive the growth of continuous improvement capabilities within the assigned team.

  • Assist in the development and utilization of relevant business performance indicators to optimize process management.

  • Develop expertise in Lean Six Sigma principles and practices.

  • Champion a culture of continuous improvement by leading initiatives that promote best practices, knowledge sharing, effective collaboration, and synergies across the manufacturing group.

What will you learn?

  • data extraction from corporate systems and trend execution;

  • participation in governance meetings;

  • preparation of presentations for governance meetings;

  • collaboration in the implementation of the performance management system in the production areas.

  • Writing GMP documentation (SOP, Change etc.)
