Your Role and Responsibilities
We are looking for a Sales Specialist to join our low-voltage systems sales team for domestic market.
You can be based in any city in Finland, as the role involves approximately 50 travel days per year to visit customers across the country. The rest of the time, you can work remotely from home. Please note that part of the team, including your manager, is located in Vaasa. During the onboarding period, you will need to visit Vaasa regularly (around 1–3 days per week).
You will be mainly accountable for:
Selling LV systems to designated segments and customers.
Reaching sales targets with sustainable order growth, revenues, profitability and customer satisfaction.
Responsible for identifying and developing new sales opportunities.
Establish and maintain effective customer relationships by understanding the customer needs and finding the solutions from ABB’s offering
Ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.

Qualifications for the Role
B.Sc of engineering or other related technical degree
A few years of technical sales experience, preferably with LV switchgears or switchgears in general
Self driven, positive mindset, with adaptability and strategic thinking
Strong interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills.
Readiness to meet customers on all levels, from shop floor to management, and ability to build long-term relationships
Communicate effectively in Finnish and English
Hands-on experience of low voltage systems is considered as a benefit.
Proficiency with Salesforce (or similar CRM tools) and MS Office Suite
