Duties and responsibilities:

• Assist in the daily Stores and Sales operations.
• Building relationship with customers via phone and email to assist in answering queries regarding products, pricing, orders, stock, delivery, and account queries.
• Assisting with general branch support and administration.
• Work collaboratively with other departments
• Being the first point of contact for the branch, service the customers.

Who are you?

• At least 6 months to a years’ experience in Customer service or warehouse
• Driver’s License is essential
• Mechanical aptitude with gasket, hydraulic, rotary, and mechanical seal knowledge is advantageous.
• Computer literate at an intermediate level (Outlook etc)
• Ability to participate in ongoing training and be open to new ideas.
• Desire to learn quickly.
• Proven safety and quality focus & the ability to perform assigned duties in a safe and responsible manner in accordance with Company's Health & Safety policies & procedures.
