Talent Acquisition involves identifying, attracting, and hiring qualified candidates for job openings. This includes creating job postings, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers. The goal is to fill positions with the best talent efficiently. Responsibilities also include sourcing candidates, managing recruitment processes, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. This role is essential for building a strong and capable workforce.
Developing an understanding of the talent market, proactively searching for qualified people, building a list of potential candidates & generating market intelligence insights in order to fill a job opening.

Roles and Responsibilities: •"Contingent Workforce Management SUBJECT Matter Expert to support our Contingent Workforce Support Team.
The ideal candidate will assist in the front-end creation of requisitions in the Vendor Management System (VMS), Set guidelines for digitally screening resumes/CVs that are submitted by the suppliers, and corresponding with suppliers as needed. The ideal candidate will also need to ensure smooth coordination, compliance at all times, and timely communication with internal stakeholders and suppliers alike.
Other duties may include:
-Be the subject matter expert to manage complex cases or Complex sourcing
- Manage Vendor queries as raised and solving them in consultation with Client
-Assisting with generating reports as needed
-Assisting HRCs with actions as needed to ensure vendors receive payments (e.g. checking vendor profiles, checking invoice statuses, routing queries to appropriate groups as needed, etc)"
