In relation to upcoming, exciting projects, we are currently looking for an experienced Site Manager with expertise in the construction and engineering industry, business, and leadership. 

Your role and responsibilities 

As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing projects at site on- and/or offshore. 

You’ll play a central role in various project phases, including installation, testing, and completion within EICT discipline in close cooperation with responsible Project Manager. 

 Additionally, you will be responsible for monitoring and ensuring health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards are met at the site. You will closely collaborate with colleagues, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and cooperation. 

  

Qualifications for the role 

• Relevant education (B.Sc., M.Sc., Certificate of Apprenticeship, or technical college). 

• Experience in  projects on- and /or Offshore with well-documented results. 

• Good understanding of the construction and engineering industry; knowledge of relevant regulations and standards is advantageous. 

• Strong communication skills in both Norwegian and English (written and spoken) 

• Results-oriented and solution-focused mindset. 

• Commercial acumen with a focus on progress and financial management. 

• Structured work methodology with passion for what you do. 

• Strong leadership skills, including the ability to motivate and guide others. 

• It is advantageous if you have security clearance or have been previously cleared.
